"I had such a lovely time in here this morning - the staff were so lovely, especially the guy who served me, though I didn't catch his name. He was great at interacting with the customers and it really made my morning. I thought I had lost something (which I have since found) and the staff were very kind about it! It really makes a difference to have warm and approachable staff :)"

"This Cafe Nero is located in a convenient location in the junction. However it’s not very noisy or hectic at the cafe. Outdoor seating available, and the gentleman who works as the barista is kind."
